Do I need to prepare for a session?
It’s helpful to come to your session with an open mind and a willingness to communicate your needs and boundaries. Wearing comfortable clothing and arriving on time will help you get the most out of your experience.
I as your therapist will always come in clean clothes and freshly showered, I ask that you do the same, if not possible for example, after work, please let me know so we can work around it. If need be I have comfortable clothes and a shower available.
Please let me know if strong perfumes or incense are an issue, so I can make the space as comfortable as possible for you.
How long is a typical cuddle therapy session?
Sessions typically last between 60 minutes for an introductory session, 2 hours on average, but the duration can be adjusted based on your preferences and needs, this can include overnight sessions.
